In support of these objectives, RP is recruiting a Translation and Customer Experience Specialist to support the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Bureau for Management's Office of Acquisition and Assistance ( M / OAA ). This position sits within the M/OAA Communications team, which is also designated as the Agency’s Industry Liaison. The Industry Liaison offers an open door to organizations that want to connect with the Agency. The team manages the WorkwithUSAID.gov platform and a variety of different social media accounts. Over the past year, WorkwithUSAID.gov has expanded to include content in French, Spanish, and Arabic and will soon be launching the site in Portuguese.
The individual will help to oversee WorkwithUSAID.gov’s translations, with a focus on enhancing the Agency’s customer experience for non-native English speakers.
