Job Summary:

As a Work From Home Scheduler at Voyage Canvas, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of our bespoke travel itineraries and events. You will be responsible for the meticulous planning, scheduling, and coordination of all logistics, ensuring that every aspect of our clients' experiences is flawlessly executed. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain comprehensive schedules for travel itineraries and events, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining reservations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers to secure bookings and confirm details, ensuring that all arrangements meet Voyage Canvas's high standards.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with the client service team to communicate schedule changes, updates, and confirmations to clients promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts or issues and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on scheduled arrangements to verify accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all scheduling activities, including contracts, confirmations, and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, event management, or a related field.
